BURR OAK, MI (WTVB)- A Burr Oak man was killed late Thursday night when his motorcycle crashed in St. Joseph County’s Burr Oak Township.
The accident happened at about 11:10 p.m. in the area of Witt Lake and Robinson Roads.
The driver was identified as 29-year-old Joseph Leo-Thomas Hice who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department says speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Burr Oak Fire Department and Life Care EMS.
