COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Union City man was formally charged in Branch County District Court Monday with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
50-year-old Tony Lee Zongker was arrested and booked at the Branch County Jail on Friday following an investigation by the Michigan State Police.
According to court documents, the alleged incidents involved two young children and took place between 2010 and 2014.
His total bond on the two cases is $400,000. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for March 7, 2017, with a preliminary exam set for March 14.
