COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In boys high school swimming and diving, Coldwater won their third straight meet on Tuesday night as they defeated Sturgis 83-65 in their last meet of the year at the Browne Aquatic Center. It was also Senior Night, honoring Jace Arnold, Paul Bonham, Tanner Bowers, Austin Butler, Mitchell Duda, Dillon Gagnon, and Colin Klein.
The Cardinals won 11 of the 12 events. In addition, three team records were set. Austin Butler broke his own record in the 50 Freestyle, Carter Moore broke the 100 Breaststroke and the relay team of Moore, Tanner Bowers, Paul Bonham and Butler broke the 200 Freestyle relay.
Butler moves on to the dive regionals Thursday in Grand Rapids.
