ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with an alleged shooting incident near Angola early Thursday morning.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old Harlee David Ziegler of Butler, Indiana and charged him with aiding in criminal recklessness involving a firearm. They say he allegedly was driving the vehicle where the shots came from.
The Sheriffs Department earlier arrested 22-year-old Derek Bryner of Butler for allegedly shooting at another vehicle on County Road 20 north east of Angola. The alleged victim told investigators the shooting took place following an argument in an Angola area parking lot.
The incident remains under investigation.
