COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- The Branch County Community Foundation has announced that Richard Chard and Patti Miller are now members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Chard is a Union City native who has 35 years of experience in the architectural and commercial construction industry, and was the owner of a commercial construction company for 25 years.
Since 2005, he has produced the international trade show for the paintball industry. Chard also has an extensive volunteer and community involvement history.
He is currently President of the Gilead Lake Association.
Miller was a librarian at the Colon Township Library for nearly 25 years. A major library building project took place during her tenure as director.
Her past board memberships have included the Colon Board of Education and two terms as Matteson Township clerk.
A person must be a donor to the Foundation in order to serve on the board.
