QUINCY, MI (WTVB) -A short in the electrical panel was apparently the cause of a fire at a Butler Township residence in Branch County Thursday night.
Quincy firefighters were dispatched to 1158 Burbank Road at about 9:30 p.m. for a fire in a small detached garage.
Fire officials say a new lawnmower and several tools were among the items lost in the fire.
The Litchfield Fire Department provided automatic aid for water supply. No injuries were reported.
