COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In anticipation of the Community Health Center of Branch County fully becoming a part of ProMedica October 1, 2017, two meetings have been scheduled for ProMedica Integration Team members. The first will be this Friday. The second will take place in Toledo where ProMedica is headquartered Monday, June 5, 2017.
ProMedica team members will tour the CHC campus on Friday. The integration team is made up of representatives from CHC and ProMedica.
This will be the first time that CHC and ProMedica integration team members will meet face to face. The team is charged with developing a plan that best fits the needs of the hospital and supports an efficient and successful integration into ProMedica.
CHC integration team members will visit ProMedica facilities June 5 and meet additional ProMedica colleagues. The integration plan will continue to be developed during the visit.
There will be monthly tele-conferencing meetings. Functional work groups will also be formed to implement the plans for transition.
