COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Somebody forgot to tell Mother Nature this is the merry month of May.
The unseasonable cold temperatures are expected to get downright frosty Sunday night and Monday morning.
With lows expected to get down to 29 degrees, Branch County along with all of lower Michigan, northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio have been placed under a Freeze Warning from 2:00am through 8:00am Monday morning.
Sensitive outdoor plants will be damaged or killed if left unprotected.
You may need that ice scrapper Monday morning before you head to the office as areas of frost are expected Monday morning.
