COLDWATER,MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Circuit Court jury trial for a Union City man who is facing multiple criminal sexual conduct charges entered a second day Wednesday.
40-year-old Jamie Lynn Coyle is facing nine charges including three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and five second degree counts in connection with alleged sexual incidents involving a young teenage girl last June.
The prosecution was still presenting its case when the trial resumed Wednesday morning. Three days have been blocked off the court calendar for the trial.
