HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – Two suspects in the killing of 37-year-old Jeremy Alan Barron of Camden had their cases bound over to Hillsdale County Circuit Court Wednesday.
40-year-old Jay Scott Clark of Bryan, Ohio is being held without bond. Among the charges he is facing is homicide-open murder and concealing the death of an individual.
Clark is being held without bond pending his Circuit Court arraignment Monday.
27-year-old Ashley Diane Hoath of Hillsdale has been charged with Accessory After The Fact to Homicide-Open Murder and Lying to the Police in a Criminal Investigation. Her bond is $300,000 and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for May 30, 2017.
Authorities say Barron was shot to death somewhere in Hillsdale County February 8, 2017. His body was placed in a field off of Dimmers Road in Camden Township before it was discovered by some Amish children riding their horses April 2, 2017.
