COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Gas prices around Coldwater Monday morning were at least a dime cheaper than the statewide average.
AAA Michigan reports that the average price for gas in Michigan is $2.50, which is an increase of seven cents from last week when there was a Memorial Day weekend spike in prices.
The web site Michigan-gas-price-dot-com reports prices in the Coldwater area were between $2.36 and $2.40 a gallon.
Gas is even cheaper in the Sturgis area where prices are running between $2.25 and $2.27.
Prices are higher to the north. Several stations in the Lansing area were around $2.50 a gallon.
