COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of the two suspects in the March 2016 robbery of the Century Bank and Trust branch in Quincy was sentenced Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
30-year-old Nickole Collins was ordered to serve concurrent prison sentences of five to 15 years after she entered no contest pleas to charges of unarmed robbery and larceny from a person.
Six other charges and a habitual offender enhancement were dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for the pleas.
Collins was given credit for 427 days already served in the Branch County Jail.
33-year-old co-defendant John Thomas Morgan entered a no contest plea to a charge of bank robbery and was sentenced two weeks ago to between six and 25 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections.
Morgan and Collins have both been ordered to pay over $5,700 in restitution.
