COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities says they have recently been made aware that there may be a fraudulent scam targeting their customers. The caller claims to be the homeowners utility or internet provider.
The CBPU is advising customers to keep an eye out for automated call out systems, after-hours phone calls and any email or phone call that asks for credit card information.
