COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of two suspects who were arrested in California Township last March after alleged methamphetamine labs were found in a home on Delmar Road was sentenced Monday in Branch County District Court.
22-year-old Brandon Hosek of Montgomery was given a sentence of between 30 months and 20 years after he entered a guilty plea to a charge of controlled substanced, operating and maintaining a lab. Three other charges were dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.
Hosek was given credit for 99 days already served in jail.
Branch County Sheriff’s Deputies found meth components and alleged meth labs in the home after they were requested by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department to help them with an investigation of a hit and run accident.
