BURR OAK, MI (WTVB) – A 21-year-old woman from Burr Oak and a 26-year-old man from Sturgis were arrested late Friday night when a large amount of crystal methamphetamine was discovered in a car that had been pulled over by the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department.
WWMT-TV reports the bust took place on Spaid Road near Lafayette Road in Burr Oak Township.
Someone in the car threw a bag out of the window, which was later determined to contain over 57 grams of Crystal Meth.
Paraphernalia and a digital scale were also discovered.
The two suspects were booked at the St. Joseph County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver over 50 grams of meth.
