CAMDEN, MI (WTVB) – Michigan State Police arrested two people Sunday in Hillsdale County’s Camden Township after a traffic stop for a damaged windshield and inoperable license plate lights turned into a drug bust.
Troopers say the driver, 46 year old Timothy Michael Heinze from Montpelier, Ohio, resisted and he was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
He was booked for resisting, possession of methamphetamine, operating with no license and destroying evidence.
A 31-year-old female passenger from Coldwater was found to have a valid warrant out of Hillsdale County.
Both suspects were arrested and lodged at the Hillsdale County Jail.
