COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Union City man entered no contest pleas to two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
50-year-old Tony Lee Zongker was arrested last February following an investigation by the Michigan State Police.
Two young children, one under 13 and the other between 13 and 16, were listed as the victims in the two cases that were filed by prosecutors.
Zongker is looking at life in prison when he is sentenced August 28, 2017.
As part of the plea agreement, all other charges against him would be dismissed.
According to court documents, the incidents took place between 2010 and 2014 in the Village of Sherwood.
His $400,000 bond was also revoked on Monday following a request from prosecutors.
