COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Cty of Coldwater Zoning Board of Appeals approved a request from the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities Wednesday for a dimensional variance at their facility on South Division.
Planning and Zoning Administrator Dean Walrack said the CBPU wants to reconstruct an existing parking lot with a five foot wide right-of-way planting strip.
The CBPU intends to use the facility as an office and a technology center.
It recently was the site of Sauk Trail Trading Post, and previously was a Carquest Auto Parts store.
