QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The last big summertime event in Branch County is taking place this weekend in Quincy.
Quincy Daze activities start Friday afternoon at the Quincy Event Hall with a craft show. The American Legion beer tent opens at 5:00 p.m.
There will be a DJ on the stage in the Village Park at 6:30pm followed by the Bulldog Band at 8:00 p.m.
Quincy Village Manager Eric Zuzga says there will be a new event Saturday, as a soap box derby will be held on the village’s sledding hill.
The Turner Craft Boat Show returns after a one year hiatus Saturday. Other activities Saturday include a karaoke contest, the Quincy Historical Society Car Show, a corn hole tournament and a chicken BBQ.
