COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says repairs to the the warm water therapy pool at the Robert W. Browne Aquatic Center are being performed and it should be back in service by the end of September.
The pool was recently closed due to a problem with the pool’s plaster surface delaminating thus making it unusable.
The pool contractor has removed the plaster from the surface of the pool and has repaired and re-plastered the pool.
The entire pool except the steps and bench are being resurfaced.
Baker says in his report to the City Council for Monday’s meeting that the work is covered under warranty.
Anyone who has a membership may freeze it upon request.
