COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The post season is underway in high school boys soccer around the state of Michigan. First round district games in the MHSAA tournament began Monday night. Coldwater High School is hosting their Division Two district, with a first round game Tuesday against Jackson Northwest at 6:00 p.m. The winner will play Mason Thursday at 7:15 p.m.
Coldwater finished the regular season ranked #7 in the final Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association Division Two poll and a 17-3-1 record.
Marshall will host Parma Western and Charlotte will host Eaton Rapids in other first round games. Those two winners will play at Coldwater Thursday at 5:00 p.m. The district final is Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
In Division Three Quincy plays Tuesday at Grass Lake in a district hosted by Onsted.
In boys and girls cross country, Union City, Quincy and Bronson will all run at Concord Tuesday.
