COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The old Dairy Queen Restaurant at 152 Division Street in Coldwater went on the auction block this past Wednesday.
Burns Auctioneers of Coldwater conducted the auction as numerous items from the restaurant were auctioned off.
Among those items was the Dairy Queen sign. Bids could also be placed on a large selection of prep stations, sinks, tables, booths, trash bins, bathroom fixtures, signs and an 8×14 cooler.
The restaurant has been closed for over two years.
The future use of the property has not been officially announced but there was chatter on Facebook that a dentist office will be locating there.
