COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The case of a Coldwater man who was charged with the alleged October 26, 2017 sexual assault of a female acquaintance has been bound over to Branch County Circuit Court for trial.
34-year-old Travis Walker is charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct causing personal injury.
A pre trial conference in Circuit Court has been scheduled for November 27, 2017.
Walker’s bond is a $500,000. A no contact order has been filed on behalf of the alleged victim should Walker be freed on bond.
He has denied sexually assaulting a 68-year-old woman in her Ovid Township home.
Walker was arrested following a Michigan State Police investigation.
