THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – A man was arrested by the Michigan State Police Saturday after he allegedly stole a pair of 32 inch TV’s from the Three Rivers Walmart and for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit.
Troopers stopped 32-year-old Timothy Lee Moan on northbound U.S. 131 near M-216 a few minutes after the TV’s were taken.
Moan was arrested for possession of stolen property, OWI second offense, possession of marijuana and having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. There was also a warrant out for his arrest and he was cited for Refusing a Preliminary Breath Test.
Moan was lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.
