INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WTVB) – A Indiana State Senate Committee has said no to cold beer sales being legalized in that state. Nine out of 10 committee members voted against allowing the issue to move forward in the Indiana Senate.
While over 100 people showed up at the Indiana Statehouse to support cold beer sales, some business owners still spoke out against it.
The Indiana Association of Beverage Retailers issued a statement after the vote applauding the decision, but expressed support for Sunday alcohol sales instead.
