COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Get ready for a snowy week. Winter weather advisories have been issued by the National Weather Service for Calhoun and St. Joseph Counties where up to four inches of additional snow is expected.
Another two inches of snow is expected around Branch County for Monday night.
Snow is in the forecast every day from Wednesday through Sunday.
Sunday’s snow led to nine property damage accidents being reported around Branch County. Six of them were reported between 12 noon and 6:00 p.m..
Contrary to a lot of social media chatter, a two vehicle accident on Old 27 near Tekonsha was did not result in fatal injuries.
There was an accident in downtown Coldwater at the intersection of U.S. 12 and Marshall just after 6:00 p.m. Saturday night. No serious injuries were reported. Coldwater Police are investigating.
