COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Prosecutor Ralph Kimble has fired back at Branch County judges after they issued an order restricting his movements in the Branch County Courthouse in light of a sexual harassment lawsuit that was filed against him by a former employee.
Kimble said in a posting on the WTVB Facebook page that the order was “more dirty politics from the judges who are afraid that I wanted their job. I’m an outsider blue color guy and they won’t stop trying to get rid of me.”
He went to say he has not retaliated. “I’ve been kind and they pull this! Just shows what those in power will do to someone who is NOT their team player.”
Kimble once again called the accusations false and he will fight what he described as a witch hunt.
He claimed the judges staged an inquiry with hand picked false accusers without ever talking with his staff.
