COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A second suspect in a Coldwater child sex abuse case was formally charged on Wednesday in Branch County District Court. 25-year-old Jamie Siler of Coldwater is facing charges of second degree child abuse and child sexually abusive activity following an investigation by Michigan State Police.
Siler is said to be the girl friend of 23-year-old Brandon Michael Biggs, who was arrested a month ago. Authorities say she did not stop Biggs from his alleged sex crimes involving an eight year old girl, which State Police say took place over a six month period.
Biggs is also accused of sharing pictures of the alleged incidents on line with interested parties.
