ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – Cameron Memorial Community Hospital has lifted a temporary policy which limited visitors to inpatient units.
As of Monday. March 26, visitors of all ages are once again welcomed at Cameron. The temporary policy took effect January 3, 2018 in order to decrease the risk of spreading the flu.
The hospital did not allow children or young people under 18 to visit patients.
Exceptions were made in extreme situations and no more than two adults were allowed per patient.
Guests were also asked not to visit patients if they were feeling ill, had flu symptoms or were recently exposed to anyone with flu symptoms.
