COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center says spring will continue to evade our area, at least through the middle of next week. They say temperatures are expected to stay below normal as we enter April.
It’s been colder than normal during March. The web site www.accuweather.com says the average temperature in Coldwater so far this month has been three degrees below normal.
Temperatures are expected to get above normal for the next few days before dipping back into the mid 40s for Easter weekend.
This weeks warmer temperatures will bring in widespread rain that will move in Monday night and persist into Wednesday.
Thunderstorms will also be possible. Rainfall amounts by late Wednesday should be close to an inch over far southern Lower Michigan.
