COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A site plan for the expansion of the Burns Park Apartments was approved 6-0 by the City of Coldwater Planning Commission Monday.. The owners of the senior living community off Michigan Avenue are proposing an additional eight single-story multi-family residential buildings containing 26 units.
There will be four additional one bedroom units and 22 two bedroom units. All will be rented at market rate. The first phase of Burns Park apartment development was built in 2002.
