COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The competition pool at the Doctor Robert W. Browne Aquatic Center in Coldwater is scheduled to reopen this Monday morning at 6:00 a.m..
The pool has been unavailable to the public since March 19th as spot repairs were made to the plaster.
After the repairs were made, the pool had to be refilled and the water filtered because of the repairs.
The water temperature also has to be brought up.
The warm water therapy pool was closed last September due to a problem with the pool’s plaster surface delaminating. The contractor wound up having to re-plaster that pool.
The company which installed the competition pool was responsible for repairs since it was under warranty.
