QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – After successfully bringing back the Independence Day fireworks last summer, the Marble Chain of Lakes Improvement Association is trying to raise $15,000 for this years show which is scheduled for Saturday, July 7th.
The fireworks will be launched from barges in the middle of Marble Lake.
Any donations would be appreciated. Donation levels range between $100 and $1,000. Those who make a donation of at least $100 will be recognized in local publications and on the association’s web site.
Donations can be made on line at www.marblechainoflakes.org or they can be mailed to the association at P.O. Box 33, Quincy, 49082.
Donations can also be dropped off at Carefree Docks, Eddie’s Marathon, The Stables, Spirit Café, Quincy Ace Hardware, Sunset Cove and Cottonwood Resort.
