COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The case of a Coldwater man who has been charged with counterfeiting and possession of meth has been bound over to Branch County Circuit Court.
42-year old Dolliver Green waived his Branch County District Court preliminary exam which was scheduled for Wednesday. He is scheduled to appear for a Circuit Court pre-trial conference April 16, 2018.
Coldwater Police arrested him March 21, 2018 following a traffic stop on Morse Street. Police said Green was found to be driving on a suspended license and they say a hollowed out pen with what was described as residue of crystal meth was also found.
Green is also charged with allegedly used a counterfeit $100 bill to purchase some items at the Marshall Street Shell in February.
