ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – The Indiana State Police, along with Conservation Officers and the Steuben County Coroner’s Office, are investigating the discovery of a dead man’s body at the Trine State Recreation Area off of Feather Valley Road north of Angola.
Workers on the state property found the unidentified body at about 10:40 am on Friday morning. They then contacted Indiana Conservation Officers who along with the State Police responded to the scene.
It is unknown how long the body had been there.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Sunday in order to determine a cause and manner of death.
No other information is being released at this time.
