COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The construction work will continue through the spring, summer, and into the fall for another major parking lot project in Coldwater, after action by the Coldwater City Council Monday night.
The council awarded the bid for the second phase of the Chandler Plaza parking lot project to Hoffman Brothers. Hoffman submitted the low base bid of about $838,000, as well as the low alternate bid of over $855,000. The project budget was $875,000.
The work is being done in two phases and is expected to wrap up in late October 2018.
