WILLIAMSTON, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School boys track and field team finished third while the girls squad was fifth Saturday at the Williamston Invitational. Lansing Waverly was first in the boys meet with 138 points followed by Williamston with 100 and Coldwater with 96 points.
The Cardinals got first place finishes in the boys meet from Shuaib Aljabaly in the 1600, Dylan Targgart in the shot put and Cole Targgart in the discus.
Williamston won the girls meet with 150 points. Coldwater compiled 53 points. Elka Machan was the only winner for Coldwater as she finished first in the 3200
