COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Some repairs to the main parking lot had to be done this week at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Coldwater after a sink hole opened up.
Fr. Mark Vyverman said in this past weekend’s church bulletin that the sink hole was caused by a cistern from one of the houses that used to be on the site.
Once the hole was filled, they did not have any more problems.
Fr. Vyverman says they are planning to seal coat and fill in the cracks after school is let out for the summer.
