COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing July 2, 2018 at the Township Hall, to provide residents a chance to comment on a 30-year Electric Franchise Ordinance with Consumer’s Energy.
A previous ordinance was adopted in 1988 and is set to expire this year.
The proposed ordinance would allow Consumer’s Energy to construct, maintain and commercially use electric lines and equipment.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review during Township office hours. It’s also available at www.coldwatertownship.com.
