NEWBERG TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident Friday night in Cass County’s Newberg Township. According to Cass County sheriff’s deputies, 40-year-old Emily Davis was east-bound on Born Rd. near Patterson Hill Rd. when she ran off the road and struck a tree, causing her to be ejected from her vehicle as it overturned. Davis, who was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by SESPA Ambulance to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo for treatment of her injuries. There were no other injuries. The case remains under investigation.
