COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Oak Grove Cemetery is not the only place in Coldwater that has been hit by vandals in recent months.
City Manager Keith Baker told the Coldwater City Council Monday night that there has been vandalism at the Rotary Splash Park and the soccer field restrooms in Heritage Park.
He said in one case a toilet seat was ripped out. Last year, vandals ripped out soap and paper dispensers. The city has since removed them.
Vandals have also clogged up toilet drains and have dirtied up the restrooms.
Baker is asking for everyone to help keep the parks clean and to report any problems that they may see to the Coldwater Police Department.
