COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It was one of the hottest days ever for the downtown festival, but the rain held off for 31st annual Strawberryfest and Craft Show Saturday in downtown Coldwater. Big crowds braved the heat to keep the event busy all day.
Over 130 vendors and community groups had booths along Chicago Street and in the Four Corners Park for the event, featuriing thousands of handmade arts and crafts, local honey, baked goods, fresh flowers, produce, and strawberry related food and other items.
Showcase Gardens and Tucker’s Farm Market had crates of strawberries which quickly sold out by early afternoon.
The event was coordinated by the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce.
