COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Meeting for the first time since last October, the Coldwater Historic District Commission approved a request from Boris Roboff Wednesday night to install metal siding on the west side of the building at 10 Milnes Plaza which used to be the Service Mart building. It is located directly behind the former Northwoods Coffee Company location.
The building was constructed in 1860 and has a brick foundation. Roboff said the building that he is trying to preserve has been painted twice before.
He has already taken about “eight loads of stuff” out of the building and he still has a lot of work to do.
As of now, Roboff doesn’t have a plan for the buildings future use.
