KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) – The State of Michigan’s Attorney Grievance Commission hearing on seven allegations of sexual harassment filed against Branch County Prosecutor Ralph Kimble has been adjourned until July 24, 2018.
The hearing in front of a three person commission panel will still be held in Kalamazoo on that day.
The hearing was originally scheduled to take place on Monday but a spokesperson for the Commission said an adjournment was filed almost three weeks ago.
As a licensed attorney in Michigan, Kimble is subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the Attorney Discipline Board.
Kimble, who has served as Branch County Prosecutor since 2013, has denied all of the allegations against him.
The allegations include those filed by former Prosecutor’s office employee Evon Staley in a sexual harassment lawsuit which is scheduled to go to trial next January.
