KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) – The State of Michigan’s Attorney Grievance Commission is scheduled to hold a 10:00 a.m. hearing in Kalamazoo Monday on seven allegations of sexual harassment that have been filed in a 14 page report against Branch County Prosecutor Ralph Kimble.
Allegations in the report date back to 2007. Some of the alleged incidents were described in graphic detail.
Kimble has been an attorney for 16 years. He has been the Branch County Prosecutor since January 2013.
As a licensed attorney in Michigan, Kimble is subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the Attorney Discipline Board.
The commission panel is made up of three persons. The outcomes from Monday’s hearing range from acquittal to disbarment and loss of license.
