COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A run down home that was bought by the City of Coldwater during a 2016 tax sale and later rehabilitated is ready to go on the market.
City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s City Council meeting that the home at 31 Pelton Avenue has had a few showings without any concentrated marketing.
He says the staff is preparing a brochure and are planning to work through the Branch County Association of Realtors to help market and sell the home.
The list price for the completely remodeled home according to Baker is $145,000.
