COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An Ovid Township woman who is facing five charges following a break in at Rick’s Party Store and the subsequent crashing of her vehicle into the Coldwater Walmart store on the morning of May 19th has been found competent to stand trial.
A competency hearing was held last Tuesday for 37-year old Sarah Siler after she underwent a forensic examination.
Siler was originally scheduled to appear for a probable cause hearing in Branch County District Court this Thursday.
That hearing has been rescheduled for September sixth with a preliminary exam scheduled for September 13th.
Siler is free on a $25,000 bond.
