COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Fair officially kicks off on Sunday but there will be fair related activities over the weekend.
The annual fair parade will step off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Formation of the parade will start at 3:00 p.m. at the Branch County Fairgrounds.
From the Fairgrounds, the parade will turn onto South Jefferson and head north to US 12.
It will turn left and follow West Chicago to South Clay where it will turn left and head south to Park Avenue.
The parade will follow Park to Jefferson where it will turn right and head back to the Fairgrounds.
Saturday’s activities after the parade include the Branch Buds Animal Showing at 5:30 p.m. in the Show Shelter and a Style Review in the Dearth Center at 7:00 p.m.
The fair officially opens at 12:00noon on Sunday except for the Midway. Sunday’s schedule includes the Poultry Show at 8:30 a.m., Antique Tractor Pulls in the Amphitheater at 11:00 a.m., the Rabbit and Cavy Show and Barnyard Children Judging at 1:00 p.m. and an Inspirational Service in the Dearth at 4:00 p.m.
The crowning of the 4-H King and Queen will take place in the Dearth Center at 7:00 p.m..
