COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Just hours before the voting results on a millage request for a new Branch County Jail were announced, Sheriff John Pollack warned the Branch County Board of Commissioners there may be another extensive water leak at the jail.
Sheiif Pollack said they managed to use diversionary tactics to keep water from the Monday night rain from getting into the jail, but they found out the water is coming up from under the floors.
Pollack said the jail evaluation committee will meet to determine what they need to do about this latest leak.
