BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Fire Department has received a donation in memory of Diane Losinski, who passed away in July at the age of 80.
As a beneficiary, the fire department will use the funds to purchase plywood, 2X4’s and other building materials to build a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus confidence course at their new training center.
Officials say the confidence course will allow firefighters to practice working their way through different obstacles while wearing all their personal protective equipment.
They add the memorial funds will have a substantial impact on their capabilities as firefighters will now have repetitive hands-on training.
